PC will not post? busy light and dvd drive keeps blinking?

This pc will not post and I'm not sure why. The MOBO is an ASUS P8H67-V.

What happens is I hit power and the busy led light keeps blinking nonstop. The same with the dvdrw drive. Just keeps blinking. So, I power down and yank out the ribbon cable for the dvddrive.

That didn't work. I think it might be the reset switch i'm not sure.

Hmm....

Well it's def. a MemOK problem. Is it the ram I have? It's a G-Skills series 16gb total. It's on the list as recommended ram and has been in this computer for over a year.

I don't understand it was working fine last night. The MemOK like keeps blinking so I reset it and unplug the dvddrive and I realize i the HDDs are in the old SATA versions while the 3.0s are unsused. So, I put those in the 3.0.

I restarted without any ram to see something would happen. It start beeping like a mother*****. I shut it off and put the rams back in and restart.

MemOK is no longer beeping and is now a solid red. So I'm confused. I think its the bios. I never touch the bios and dunno what to do.

The Video above will reset your BIOS to normal settings so then you can post. give that a try.
