ok... i had a pc (asus motherboard, ge force 6600 videocard)
and everything was fine...
i changed the pc (asrock mortherboard, ge force 9800)
i kept the same screen, and now when i watch movies for example the title of the movie is shown (a static picture with the title)
the picture is not static at all... it "plays" the whole time as long as the title is shown... when the movie plays i have no problem because there are no static pictures...
it is not a software problem...
but is it a motherboard problem or a videocard problem?
