Default PC restarts :(

My PC keeps restarting, i am having this problem for a long time now.
I have replaced everything i could think of, yet it still restarts.

I have formatted the HDD, run a memtest, the lot.

Still i dont know the problem

Can someone help me please?

When you say you have replaced everything you could think of, fill us in.
What did you think of?
replaced psu?

what are your cpu temps?
Any BSOD's?

if your using an asus motherboard its one of the features that prvent it from burning up it/the components.

does it just randomly shuttsdown with no blue screens errors or anything like that?
be more specific.it probably the memmory slot try using 1 stick in different memmory slots
the power supply might not be up to par post your system specs that could help?

Did it happen after you installed a new CPU or Heatsink? How is your front panel wiring? Is it installed correctly? What Power supply? is it new/old? Loose connection to the Main MoBo power/CPU power HDD connections?

Whas it running fine at one point? if so, what have you messed with since then? -In chronological order if you could..
