PC problems! please help!

I've recently bought a new video card, i'm upgrading my pre-built piece of crap i had.

I bought a new powersupply. and a new video card. When i plug the new video card in, it goes to the blue HP screen and stays there, it doesnt switch. It's properly seated. when i use my old card my pc boots up fine. My new card is a GeForce GTX 650 and my old card is an ati radeon 5770 HD, I can't even enter bios when the new card is in.

I restarted my cmos by taking my battery our of my mobo. still didn't work.

New PSU, still didn't work.

What is my issue?
