PC Issues going to the internet

I have a PC that cannot go out to the internet. I see a yellow triangle on the network symbol in the task bar.

I get a valid IP, I can ping the DNS, DHCP and Gateway just fine. I can also ping a website fine no issues.
When I run windows troubleshooter, I get an error saying "everything is configured correctly but the resource is not configured properly"

I can connect to all internal shares just fine no issues.

Here is what I have done:
1) disjoin/rejoin domain
2) flushdns, registerdns, release/renew
3) release IP from DHCP
4) make the DNS static to googles (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
5) tried moving the pc to another data port and changed the wire

The pc has teamviewer, when we run it, I see the numbers but its takes a while for numbers to appear.

Any suggestions before I reimage this PC?

What happens if you do an nslookup on a website (either using your normal DNS server or google's ones)? Or what happens if you try to browse to a site's IP instead of dns name?

Do you run a proxy service?

Actually I just tried pinging a website and getting request timed out.

if I do for example, nslookup yahoo.com I get,

Server: UnKnown
Address: IP of the server

Non-Authoriative Answer:
Name: yahoo.com
followed by the IP's
