1) Tested cable by connecting it to the TV as secondary display on my main machine, worked fine. Resolution was high and so there was panning, but when I set it lower (it's a 720p HDTV) it was fine.
2) Hooked it up to my "Media Center PC" as main monitor, and there were these black and purple squares tiled throughout the screen during POST and Windows loading screens. Once it got to the windows login it was fine.
3) I then uninstalled programs that I didn't need on the machine and rebooted after one of the uninstalls.
4) Upon reboot, no signal. I thought maybe it was a slow boot for whatever reason, so I plugged in my monitor and saw the login screen. So it's simply not sending a signal to the TV for some reason now, and I can't figure out why.
Any ideas, suggestions?
