PC Doesn't boot

PC Does'nt boots

HI All,

my pc restarts automatically every time i boot, and cmos says bad checksum even when i replaced new battery.
unable to see windows screen
I have tried removing one ram and checking with others all such options.
PC congfiguration is
intel celron 700
ram 2 stick 128 & 64
mother board 810c Mercury.

Once my pc fell down from vertical to horizontal position,
but prior that the problem was same.
