PC crashes randomly

ok so i have reformatted my PC ( it was all working fine before) and thought everything was running fine until i started experiencing random crashes, mainly when i stream videos or download fast. I dont know what the problem is but heres my log from Hijackthis:

video drivers and codec installed (correctly)?

yes everything is install properly, got all the new drivers etc etc.
The thing is, sometimes it automatically reboots but sometimes it freezes my computer and just before it makes a thin crackling noise on my speakers?

Possibly the OS installation is screwed. Your pc also might be searching for files which do not exsist, or have been moved. Make sure anything you've deleted in the past while is DELETED properly. And, if you can, try reinstalling the os

i get this error in event viewer:
DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service usnjsvc with arguments "" in order to run the server:

i don't know whether that causes my pc to crash or not? Im no expert

go to control panel then administrative tools then services. check if the service is disable or not. or else just reinstall a fresh copy.
