Question pc cam not working .. pls help

guys my pc cam wont work in my Desktop..

i already installed the driver and reboot it... when im trying to view the web cam it says ..

"Creation of the video preview failed please check the device connection and make sure that the device is not used by another application or user"

what is the main problem with this i try to uninstall the device and install it again same nothing happen..

pls need your urgent reply here...

i try other USB port but same problem ...

it showing if i use the other usb port the my pcam show pC cam #2..

what is the best to work with ...

i really want ot use my pc cam ... need to hear from you expert...

try an onboard usb port not a front one , if it still wont work then obtain latest chipset & webcam drivers
