PC boot failure

I installed a new 160GB HDD into my pc and re-installed XP on Saturday, this morning I am getting this error message on a DOS screen, and have no idea what the issue is….please help….here is a photo of error screen:

from the looks of things and what you said...that's not a legit windows xp install

of course, you may know that and are just wondering what the issue is of your non-legit XP install...on that, I could not say.
