p4 voltage readings

my config is
p4 3E Ghz (prescott)
intel original 865GBF mobo
17" LG 700E moniter
512MBx2 ram
seagate 160GB HDD
LG cd rom drive
generic DVD r/rw
ibox cabin with 300w smps

now when i run speedFan its shows the following voltages
2.5V->1.46V
vcore->1.35V
3.3V->3.35V
5V->5.10V
12V->11.8V
-------------whats does that 2.5V power, intel Active monitor doesnt show any 2.5V reference!

i've got my speedfan open and i dont see 2.5v.....and i am also running P4 3.0..... I wouldn't worry about it if the system is running fine the way it is.

then i guess it varies with the main board mine is an intel 865GBF. the pc is not working that prefectly ,i had to start it multiple times to get it boot.my smsps is rated as just 14A on 12V rail could that be the reason of any problem?
