Overheating issue

hi guys,

At the moment i'm suffering from massive overheating on my PC.

My specs are:

Intel Q9550 (4x2.83ghz)
ATI Radeon HD4870X2
4gb RAM
I've got an Antec case

Basically each of my CPUs are running at 72C, 68C, 66C, 66C at idle. Then if i start a game up the fan starts working overtime and i got readings of 92C, 84C, 87C, 87C which to me seems well too hot. My hard drive runs consistently at 36C which doesnt seem too bad. My graphics card when gaming runs at 86C this seems like i've got a real problem. Any ideas?

clean your heatsink, check the fan for proper operation, clean and apply new thermal paste, check the base of the heatsink and the Integrated heatspreader for flatness.
