OS not recognizing drivers?

I'm trying to load Windows Vista x64 on my raid 0 setup, but I get an error saying I need to install drivers for my CD/DVD Rom. This drive is brand new and I've checked the website for the Sony Optiarc drivers and they are up to date. (Come pre-loaded I guess?) I've downloaded them anyway and tried to upload them when prompted, but Windows doesn't recognize them. Any help?

Make sure that they're 64-bit drivers. That is very weird though as never have I ever had a Windows Vista 32 or 64 install need a driver for an optical drive.
