Lightbulb Optimizations For Dual-Core Systems?

yea so besides that lil driver on amd.com that is suppose to "optimize"
your system, if you got a dual core processor, in visual performance andstuff.

http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/...1_9706,00.html

but what about improving system start up times and other junk? anyone know?

Not sure if thats really got anything to do with ya dual core, Deleting **** of startup which u dont need to run, can help, more ram is the main thing which helps, as a p3 600mhz processor can beat a dual core amd 4200 if its just installed windows if the p3 has got more ram, if that makes any sense LOL

a dual core helps in all aspects of computing where you would max out cpu use you have basically another cpu to utilize then. so any time your cpu is under heavy load a dual core is better.,.
