Default One fan missing...Question.

I have a COSMOS 1000 case from Cooler Master. It was hand-built for my birthday January 24th. This morning I started up my computer and the front bottom fan was making a loud noise. I took the fan out and I am going to order a new one this afternoon. Will I be Okay running without that fan for a couple days on low graphics for games like Starcraft 2 and CoDmw2? The Box sits under a desk not in any open space. Should i bring the computer out from under the desk somewhat to let more air get into the box easier?

As long as there are other fans, you will be fine. It may run a bit warmer than normal but the likehood is that there are no negative effects of running without that fan, though I wouldn't leave it off for too long.

Like Yami says, you will just run a bit hot, nothing damaging. But do please get a new fan asap.
