I have an old Old Toshiba Satellite Pro 460CDX that belongs to my dad and bought him a DLink 32bit PCMCIA LAN card (model# DFE-690TXD), the laptop won't recognize it. After speeking with DLink and Toshiba, I got several suggestions, none have worked. I upgraded the BIOS and Win95 with the available downloads from Toshiba's support section. They think that the laptop doesn't support 32bit., but they were not positive.
Is there something anyone knows that I can try ?
I heard that there some 3rd party software that might do the trick ...
