Sometimes when my computer starting up it runs normal then it goes black then goes like into vertical colors strips all across the screen, and if you move the mouse the colors change around. Sometimes it takes 6 or 7 times for my Windows XP Computer to start. I was thinking maybe it has something to do with the video card?
