On your Geforce 4? There isn't a TV in, it's a TV out.

Is it just your standard yellow video input or is it a component input(red.blue and green)either way you should be able to use it through your nvidia desktop manager. If the manager is the same one i have then all you have to do is right click and go to nvidia properties and it should list a tv wizard to help u configure your display.

Well, you can plug the TV out into a TV in, but thats about it. Your card doesn't have a TV input.
