I've tried using a clean install, and reinstalling the graphics card, but no avail. I'm only using the one graphics card, so compatibilty shouldn't be an issue.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

If you're using the newest drivers try an older version. You can also try putting the card in another slot if your board has one. Other than that the card should be working so you should let nVidia know about their problem.

I've managed to solve this problem by updating the graphics card drivers, and then updating my motherboard/BIOS drivers.
