nVidia Driver Update Failing

I am trying to update my nVidia GTX 560 TI SuperClocked driver to version 295.73. I am currently running version 285.62. During the install, a window pops up saying the update failed because 'PhysX System Software' failed to install.

OS = Windows 7 Professional 64bit.

Other computer specs are listed in my signature.

"Link us to the installer?" - not sure what you mean.

A notification poped up from the nVidia control panel saying an update is available. It listed my current driver version, and the new driver version with a 'download' button. Thats what I clicked to install the new driver.

This is where it brought me, if thats what you mean: NVIDIA DRIVERS 295.73 WHQL

Tried completely removing the old driver first? Get rid of it, then install the newer driver.
