Default NTFS Error !?!??!?

Just built new comp and have run into a lot of errors ! !. So i first tryed it and i couldn't even boot to windows. Now i got windows installed but i get the error discribed here.
I'm very sure its not the hard drive although i will try it with other RAM to see if it is the RAM for sure. Anyone know how to correct it or anything ?

Ren memtest86 to check your ram, check the eventviewer for any HDD problems.
Also see if you can get diagnostic soft from your HDD manufacturer.
