Not Getting any Video

I just purchased a new mobo because I was having problems with the old one. The new one I got is an Asus P4P800E Deluxe. I've tried booting up the computer and I don't get any video out whatsoever. It's not my monitor because I have used it on other computers and unless my video card has gotten damaged from the swap, I don't think it is that either. I have removed all the components except the processor, ram, and the video board (ATI AIW 9800 PRO) and still I don't get anything. I tried dumping the cmos and checked all the jumpers. Nothing else is connected.. is there something I can do here or is just bad luck and I got another bad mobo?

hmm i have the P4P800e too....and i've never had any problems with it...try the ram in a different slot...also..is there any kind of beep or noise what so ever?
