well to save you time and trouble........

RE-Verify the front LED/POWER panel connections.....
Reset CMOS
Try placing the memory in different slots...
Try to see if you POST with no memory


Just check to see if those work... If not, go RMA it.

The motherboard wasn't faulty after all. I was stupid for not plugging the ATX3 cable on the mobo.
