No video signal

Kinda odd, if you can, look at the motherboard and see if there are any blown capacitors, the tall tube like parts on the board. Beyond that there isn't much that I can think of unless the board went bad when using that mouse... That or you have faulty AC outlets....

I wouldn't know how to check for a blown capacitor. It is perplexing though. The common denominator is the bad mouse. The hibernation factor only involves the one computer, the son's isn't on those settings. But how would the mouse affect the video signal?
