No signal to monitor

I think with this version of bios you have to hit F11 but i have done that and the screen says boot menu has been selected like it is about to head into bios then in the bottom right corner I get 060 which then changes to 0075 and locks up.
At this stage is it possible for this to be caused by the HDD?
 
I just realised i had left my CD drive connected oddly this was the problem!!!

should now be able to get the ball rolling again thanks for sticking with me through this help appreciated greatly
 
I don't know what that means......
Try to 'Clear CMOS' inside the computer .
Read Shawn's post at the top, or use the button(switch) on your mobo.......if you have one.
If you get into the BIOS...... set the cpmputer to the 'Default Settings"....... SAVE & Exit!
See your manual for BIOS settings!
