No Input Signal

My moniter displays "No Input Signal", even when it is connected to my pc. I tried a different moniter, and I still had the problem. Then I switched it with a different video card, and still had the problem. Last I switched out the psu, and still had the problem. I then tried turning on the computer again, and it booted up just fine. It booted up three times in a row, then went back to the same problem again.

It whould be good if you could check the motherboard too.
Sounds like a GPU problem,but then you say that you checked that already...Strange....
