no drive attached to the fastrak controller

"no drive attached to the fastrak controller, the BIOS is not installed"

does anybody know how to fix this message..i get this every time i start up. its on an old MSI K7N2 board that im trying to get running. ive tried hooking up my drive in the promise controller and the onboard ide and its the same.

Fasttrack is something to do with RAID, maybe it is not configured correctly.

It would be worth donwloading the latest BIOS for your motherboard and flashing it to your CMOS.

how do i flash my bios if i cant boot from any of my hard drives?

Easiest way is to use a memory stick...
