I plugged in my new ssd. Popped the windows cd in and installed windows on it. It boots and works fine but when I go to disk management it shows as one c: partition. There's no recovery partition or anything. I thought windows did that automatically.... What should I do?

C: is apparently not bootable. It uses my old ssd to boot. If I remove the other ssd. My new one I just installed windows on will not boot
It installed the bootloader on the other drive then.
To fix it, remove the other drive and keep only your primary drive installed. Repair the bootloader using the following instructions:
