new pc help!

Hello, i just put together my raw parts yesterday... after i boot from the windows xp cd, installation disk, it says its loading all those files, then it comes to say that the "toside.sys" file is missing or corrupt. what can i do? whats wrong?

I have the
-AMD Athlon 64 3000+
-300 watt psu
-Geforce 6600 256 PCIe
-ECS NFORCE4-A939
-256mb ram(to be upgraded to 1 gig when i have money)

Im aware the 300 watts is too low for my pc. i will be upgrading that asap.

not bad of a rig but ECS mobos cant be trusted i hav couple of my friends that had many problems with that brand.

a virus might of corrupt it but go here and try to download it:
