New laptop BSODs

I bought an Acer Aspire E5-774G-52W1 a little over a month ago and suddenly out of nowhere today after working fine the whole time I have had it I keep getting random BSODs for slightly different things. Here are some exports from bluescreenview. This couldn't have come at a worse time as I am studying for finals and preparing final projects and I need this computer to study on.

I literally can't have the computer on for more than a few minutes before this happens
I'm going to run memtest and see if anything comes up there but any other suggestions or insight would be helpful.

Also I am getting weird things like this in my event viewer. I don't know if it is related but it's an issue none the less. The WHEA logger events are happening non stop it seems. It seems to be tied to pci express root port but I am not sure what ti do about it and it seems to have started on december 3rd

Well, 0x133 is a WHEA WatchDog error - and parameter 1 = 1 means it's an IRQ issue - usually meaning hardware or driver issue.

Your 0xD1 backs this up, as it's an IRQL BSOD, and references tcip.sys.

Do you have the minidump files it mentions so that we can analyze them with Windbg and get more insight?

I would suggest trying to update your network drivers first of all to see if that solves it (find the actual manufacturer brand/model and go to their site for the drivers).

May also be a good idea to try running this from Command Prompt (ran as admin):
sfc /scannow

This is a file that I generated when I posted for this issue on tenforums using their DMlog collector I hope this works.

I did a system reset to see if the event viewer warnings went away. They became a lot less frequent about 1 every 5 minutes or so but after several system restarts installing software they came back with a vengeance.

I tried all sorts of network drivers. newest ones, older ones etc for both ethernet and wireless from the manufacturer (not acer) s site

I haven't had any bsod's since the ones I posted though. The warnings are still coming in event viewer though

Edit:

File too big for upload using form uploader so here's a dropbox link

yes I have updated my chipset I went into my device manager and manually updated all instances of pci express root port. they are now on the oct 3 2016 driver and the warnings are still coming up. Intel driver updater states the only update I have is for graphics but when I go to do that it fails stating I need a different driver from the manufacturer

I don't trust the driver updater utility honestly - I just use get each driver individually.

Is the laptop still under warranty? If you've reformatted...then it may be a hardware problem.

I have only had it for a little over a month so I hope there is still warranty

Just got my return shipping slip and boxed the computer back up and sent it over fedex. This is my first ever newegg return does anyone know what happens when you exchange it? I mean as soon as they see your return is on its way back do they ship out another one? If they don't have the same model in stock what do they do? I ask this because in the past futureshop (now out of business) accepted a return on a faulty mp3 player I had back in 2005 but they gave me a crappier one in exchange because the one I had was discontinued. I hope stores don't do that anymore.

Well I got the replacement laptop and the same whea logger event 17 warnings are all over the event viewer. So far no bluescreens though. I wonder if this is a normal occurrence?

I wouldn't necessarily say "normal". Did you check serial #'s to see if it's your laptop that was just repaired or if it's a different one?
