when i go on my computer my internet connection sometimes is not connected than i have restart it than it is perfectly fine but when i restart it a blue screen pops up n says that computer has to be restarted to avoid further damage to computer. it defines the problem file as rdbss.sys and new hardware or software may be the problem. it says that i should delete that file but how do i find it or how do i fix it?

The file rdbss.sys is a know XP System File. Deleting it will cause you grief. It is a Driver. I would try a Repair install of XP.
