New GPU, No POST

So, I got a BFG 7800GS OC to replace my 9600 All-in-Wonder...did a by the book install (driver cleaning and such), but I get no POST with the new card. I have power (lights and fans and such), but thats it...no beep, no nothing. Previous card works find on reinstall.

Just wondering what might account for this, or what else I ought to be trying. System specs are as follows:

AMD 64 3700+
Asrock 939Dual-Sata2 (w/latest BIOS update)
2 Gigs Ram
Windows XP
Antec Trio 650w psu

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

you plugged in the gpu power connector? i wonder if your power supply cant handle it? bad card? Nothing comes up on the screen at all?

Nothing on the screen at all....no single beep or any other beep code for that matter.

I'm wondering about the psu myself...I have 650w and three 12v rails, but according to antec they are 19A....the video card docs say it needs 20A. Would that account for my symptoms?
