Angry new computer read failure

received a new computer , i try to install windows and all it would say is Read Error, so i tried another harddrive the same thing...can a bad memory stick do this to computers

maybe or a bad CD rom

how many sticks are in it? try booting with one, if there are two.

either the cd-rom or the cd itself is faulty not the hard drive or other components in ur computer is da problem
