Okay, yes it is in all the way. To calirfy, I get nothing at all when i attempt to start this PC, zero, I press power and nothing at all happens. I have just ran the psu in another system and it worked fine so I can rule out the psu. Only thing I can think of that I havn't already explored is the power button isn't powering on the system. It seems to be correctly plugged in though...

make sure your 20 or 24 pin mobo plug is secure that was my problem when i had start up trouble.

I pulled out the mobo and started it on my wood table, everythings working fine it just seems to have been a simple ground problem. I appreciate all of your help and I am so happy I finally fixed it, after 6 hours of work a little problem like this seems kinda funny...
