New Build Not Booting

was the processor working with that same motherboard in past? or did you get them from 2 different computers? if your sure you tested the MB and Processor and you still dont have video with nothing else plugged and memory is not the trouble.... then you have the only thing left, power supply or you may have damaged cpu when building it up? you really need nothing else to get a boot.

What you want to do is go through a process of elimination...

Unplug everything and plug in only the motherboard with no peripherals pluggin to the mother board or power. Take out all the cards that might be seeded into the mother board. Remove the ram as well. Try powering up just with the motherboard and cpu (no ram)... see what you get. Start plugging stuff in, with ram first, but start putting in the ram one stick at a time, and see what you get.... make sure when you plug stuff back in it's seeded properly... Hope that helps.

Update:
I have replaced the CPU, motherboard, and ram at this point and still the same thing. Tried with video card and without, trying the different Dimms. Also tried a different power supply thy I know works and still a no go.

Have you tried assembling the PC outside of the case to see if it is shorting out?
