Even when you use the shut down in windows?

Check your pwr rst cables at the mobo plug.

But you are hot for a 2500k

ok it seem to be at 50C. the fans seem to be working now its no longer make that sound anymore.
but 50C is still to hot
I also seem to be having a problem where i can't turn the computer on after i shut it back down.
have to take out the power from the PSU then restart. what do you think is causing that problem?

Its one of the things cpu-z shows.

www.cpuid.com

Vid is how much power is getting sent to the cpu. More power means more heat, and if your boards being nutty, it might over power abit giving higher temps

Are you using the stock heatsink or an aftermarket? It sounds like the heatsink isn't sitting flat on the cpu or you've used to much thermal paste.
