Okay so had a computer laying around:
3200+@2.5ghz
OCZ 1gb platinum DDR500
Biostar 6100-m9
6100 intergrated GFX's
Coolmax 400watt
and wanted to give it a new GFX to play on newer games.So about a week ago i bought a 3Dfuzion 7600gs 256mb GFX card from newegg.So i get it today and put it in and what do you know no worky,
When i turn on the computer I normaly hear a click and the lights blink on keyboard,but instead the lights dont go on but the clicking noise just keeps on going over and over.I took out the GFX card and it booted up fine like normal.It has intergrated GFX so i went into BIOS and looked and went into pci config and it should that PCIx is intial boot.Is it DOA?or iam forgeting to try something.It doesnt even boot.Ohh yeah the light on the screen blinks green, but sometimes it stays green then the PC clicks again over and over.
What do you think???
