Hi,
I recently had to perform a full system recovery on my HP Pavilion PC.
I re-installed my router but ever since I have been getting the following message in the Windows XP error log every time it is reset:
The IP address lease 192.168.1.2 for the Network Card with network address 0016E318DEC0 has been denied by the DHCP server 192.168.1.1 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).
The connection seems to be working fine and there doesn't seem to be any problems in the router manager or 'ipconfig/all'. The lease time is 24h and cannot be altered
However the speed is sometimes unsteady when testing and it drops and slows down once in a while.
Is there a problem somewhere?
