Default Netgear Wifi Card Issue?

I have a big problem. Whenever I'm on my computer, randomly it will do one of three things. 1.) Screen will go black, nothing else. I have to restart it. 2.) The screen goes black and my speakers make the worst sort of noises possible. I have no idea how to explain the sound, I've never heard something like it before. It doesn't sound good though. 3.) BSOD. I get that with the followingDriver_IRQL_Not_Less_OR_EQUAL. That's the top part. The part that's interesting is where it says something about netgearwg311t.sys. I do have a Netgear 311T wifi card, so I assumed that's where the problem was. So, next time i turned on the PC I disabled it. I booted up any of my games, BF2 if you were wondering (pretty sweet!), and it works like a charm. Please, can someone help me out here?

Might be an IRQ address issue. Windows maybe is getting your wifi/vid/sound card mixed up. Try moving your Netgear card to a different pci slot (assuming it uses pci).
