edit: here is a pic of his comments in the paypal dispute on this item:

he claims "red lines" "burnt gpu"
he also claims " listed before recieving" (total lie according to my tracking number)

You know what, I have seen those red lines a few times and they always turned out to be chipset drivers, not the card.
