NEED HELP real bad (Pcchips M863G/Sempron +2200 lock up)

Alright,

Ive been repairing and building computers for a few years, but now I built my girlfriend a Pcchips M863G/Sempron +2200/512mb/80gbHd/128 ATIvid....

Windows XP, using Linksys Wireless G usb network adapter.

Problem is that the computer is locking up after a few minutes of use...

Its not dead or leaking capasitors, RAM, HD, DVD burner, Video card works fine, CPU is not overheating its at a steady 100 degrees... all components and parts are connected correctly.

Ive tried updating drivers, but if you think its a specific driver then please tell me.

help is greatly appreciated, and if you do help thanks!

100 degrees Celcius or fahrenheit ? actually cpus would die at temps under 100 C.
What do you mean by lock up what happens does it just freaze?
have you tried a reformat?
Are all the drivers installed?
or it could be bad ram run a mem test.
