Default Need Help with mouse.

Hello, i'm new so i'm not sure if there is alrdy a thread for this so i'm makking one.
I recently got a new mouse and the scroll was being all buggy either not working, or moving in the wrong direction.
I opened up the mouse and cleaned some hair off the wheel part and It still wasnt working, I re-opened it to check and everything seems fine.
Can someone please help me figure out why it isnt working.
This is like my third mouse this month and i dont want to waste more money on another mouse

Ah ok, reading customer reviews it seems it breaks pretty easily. Could possibly be bad out of the box too.

Did you try to check the drivers in device manager?

onn makes the cheapest mouse you could possibly get. ( I've only seen them at Walmart and those dollar stores, they sell for around $5.)
Spend about $20. and get a decent Logitech mouse, call it a day and be happy

Edit: I don't know what the Logitech mouses sell for in Bosnia, but even their cheaper mouses are reliable
