need help with drives

ok so i have a 74gb hbb for my os and games, and a 120gb for files and stuff, up till now it was fine, i go to install sims, put the directory as c drive, and it said do you want to istall on e drive (which is the 120 gb), NO i want it on c drive, why wouldnt it let me do it on the c drive, so i unplug the 120gb drive (e) and i go to insatll, on c drive and it says do you wish to abort, so i cahnged my documents back to the c drive from e.

so it is doing it now, but can someone explane how to set it up, so when im saving something it will do it to E drive automaticly, but i can insatll games and programs on c drive

How much space does the 74GB have? Sometimes windows will take the larger disk over the primary. You should be able to change it back as long as the 74GB is not full.

no its not full, iots only got the os on

Do a custom install and select your C: - Windows is using the drive with more space.

^^yea i did try this, and when i selected c drive it still said, do you want to insatll on drive E
