Ahhhh!
SO i just got this computer in the mail today. its a custom whitebox and i was so excited for it until i plugged everything in and went to turn it on only to have my monitor just flash its little orange light and give me a no signal. I plugged another monitor in that i had laying around and it still didnt work.

I am a very anxious gamer who need Any HELP!

Yep, it's likely a wire just slipped out of a place a bit (since it was mailed, after all). Just ensure all wire adapters/plugs are set in place firmly. They obviously had it on, since it has XP on it...so it should be something simple like this.

i checked the wires and they are all neat and connected. Do you think it has to do with the ram or the motherboard?

Since the PC doesn't power on at all (right?), I would think it'd have to be the main 20/24 pin power adapter. I guess I didn't ask that - does the computer just sit there / no noise (fans, lights etc.), or does it sound normal - just nothing appears on the screen?

Yeah it starts. The fans and the lights all turn on. I even can hear windows starting through my speakers.

the fan on my video card works though but, i do have a friend coming over in an hour or so with another graphics card just to make certain.

Ahhhh, it wasn't the graphics card. It works fine. What the **** could it be.

Does the computer even go into bios?
