my laptop blink 2 time that means bios corrupted can not get it to boot how can i fix this problem?

What on your laptop blinks twice? The screen? A status light? Or do you mean beeps twice, like an audible beep?

You'll have to try to get to the BIOS battery and/or jumpers for the board (if accessible, they're under one of the panels on the bottom of the laptop - usually the RAM panel). If you can't do that... then you'll have to either send it in or get a new laptop.

Is the laptop still under warranty? How old is it?

Try what I suggested above, or contact HP to see how much it would cost to repair the laptop.
