Need Help!!1

[AMD 3200+ 64]

ok so i updated my nvida drivers to 93.71 (newest 1)
and i poped in my 2nd 7600GS sli card then booted up and all and it says to open nvida control panel and selet enable sli mode well my problem is the nvida control panel will not open at all i click it in control panel and nothin right click the nvida icon in my tool bar and selet control panel and nothing happens any one no how i can make this thing open to i can enable the SLI
