Question Need advise about Samsung HDD

I need two new HDDs for my new PC,
first I wanted to buy the Samsung Spinpoint 250gb harddrives (Samsung SP2504C), because I heard a lot good comments about it, but now I´ve just seen many people complaining, about that they are just bad, and that the quality within the serie totally differs, so if you have luck you get a good one, if not you had bad luck.

Does somebody know, if the problem is fixed right now?

Thx in advance

Michael

Why do you only want a Samsung? Check out the Seagates, those are very reliable.

I personally recommend Seagate hard drives. They are high quality, 5 year warrenty. Haven't had problems with any of mine.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148142
$75 USD

I dunno what that is in Germany though.

I'm not saying Samsung are bad, though, just saying there are other brands besides Samsung that are good.

You'll be very happy with a Seagate. They are very good quality drives.
