ive got a sata 2 harddrive that supports NCQ i was wondering what is it and is it better han normal drives

NCQ stands for Native Command Queueing. It is where the disk puts the requests for data in the order they appear on the drive so that they can be accessed quicker. Your motherboard needs to support it to be able to use it.

it looks like your motherboard supports it (NF4)
Core 2 Duo E6400, DFI Infinity 975X/G, 2x 512mb DDR2 667mhz, Albatron 7900gt, WD 200gb SATA, Samsung DVD-RW, Silverstone ST-50EF 500w PSU.
