Default Mysterious video card port

I recently came across an old computer (actually I don't know how old) and when investigating the video card didn't know what type of output it was. I've been to Best Buy and RadioShack but they have no idea. Hopefully I can find something here...

Its used to support two dvi connectors on one cable.
