my speakers

i have the logitech z5500 speakers and ive had them for maybe 3-4 months and they still sound good but now they start to sound scratchy when it plays certain songs, i use music match with the latest updates, is it my speakers or is it music match, i remember while back it happened before and i reinstalled music match and it fixed it, but i tryed that again and it still makes a scratchy noise

if you want to rule out music match the only logical thing to do is to try some other software. are the songs played from a cd or hdd?

the songs are played from hdd, ive tryed my creative audigy player that came with my sound card, which is an audigy 2 and it still make a scratchy noise

well that suggests either your speakers or sound card are at fault.

I've had scratchy music because there was not much spare CPU time for the sound
